IPR - Indoor Plumbing and Rehabilitation
The Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) administers the Indoor Plumbing and Rehabilitation Loan Program, which provides services to low/moderate income individuals who are living without indoor bathroom facilities or without complete indoor plumbing waste facility. For those who qualify, we provide clients with safe, sanitary housing which includes indoor facilities and ensure that the homes are brought to within Section 8 standards.
